Quality QB play is obviously a large part trying to evaluate wide receivers coming into the NFL.

One part of Collin Johnson’s game that I love - he’s always gaining ground with his press coverage releases. Gets into tight space with the CB and then anticipate the jam. Overall, a strength of his game. pic.twitter.com/YHp1eyXshf

Texas WR Collin Johnson is a big WR (6-6, 211lbs) but he's able to get in and out of his breaks pretty well. I like how he works at the top of his routes. Doesn't rely on his size to get separation.

• There isn’t a CB here that can cover Van Jefferson on curl or comeback routes
• There isn’t a CB here that can defend Collin Johnson
Collin Johnson does such a nice job stacking cornerbacks vertically. Has been the best WR on the South team through two practices.

Texas WR Collin Johnson was dominant when he was on the field but injuries limited him the last two seasons. He’s 6’6 and has shown to be a threat on fades and back shoulders in the red zone. He needs a good week to quiet injury concerns.
