Justin Herbert is the third and final QB in this class with a reasonable shot to be a functional-to-good starter. Though imperfect, Herbert takes care of the ball, understands how to throw around defenders, and has incredible arm talent. https://t.co/8kvBkfaPGP pic.twitter.com/vzN6XPZLSM

Joe Burrow had more 20+ yard completions than any other top QB in the Draft. pic.twitter.com/1xPdnqVB8M

Yes he ran for 56 yards and 3 TDs in those games, but is that really why you're drafting him top-10?

He posted an elite #RAS with good size, elite speed, elite explosiveness, poor agility at the QB position.https://t.co/ye4riQ2vmD pic.twitter.com/7zQyP50asP

8. Footwork from being under-center continued to be an adjustment for Justin Herbert, but he throws a gorgeous deep ball. Easy throwing motion and accurate. I thought he had a solid night throwing the ball.
Oregon QB Justin Herbert is another hometown hero. He helped Sheldon Baseball win a 6A championship & fell just short of going back-to-back. .369 career batting avg. Lettered in Football, Baseball & Basketball. pic.twitter.com/zmmSdFIByZ

Holy Mary. This film is something else.
Herbert leads a TD drive against ASU. Quick breakdown.

This game might be the perfect Rorschach test with him. Like him or not, you'll see something to support that position. pic.twitter.com/T9XAItHIk4
Lmao Herbert has an absolute bazooka. pic.twitter.com/1HMAT8VQoa

Completed Justin Herbert’s charting profile. It’s actually quite impressive! I still have questions about his film, but, if nothing else, his charting profile doesn’t raise any new concerns. https://t.co/C1U0bhAAlJ

Quiet leader, accurate, strong arm, but a bit of a misfit and handcuffed in Oregon’s side-to-side offense. Lots of coaches would love to get their hands on him to mold him. He’ll be fine if he lands in a vertical passing system. https://t.co/qh0EhysJeG

Senior Bowl
I've been focusing mainly on WRs and DBs but man Herbert has just killed it in peripheral. Throws are on time and placed well. Ball's jumping out of his hands.

I agree.
All that said, functional QBs are tough to come by and that alone makes Herbert a first-round pick. C+ floor, B+ ceiling — think he can stabilize and org., but it takes a fair amount of projection to see him as a true franchise changer.
— Derrik Klassen (@QBKlass) January 18, 2020
And Utah State's Jordan Love, too. Both Love and Herbert have franchise-quarterback ability, but need development. https://t.co/mOq4wV7PYl
