One of the most aggressive attacking WRs at 6'1 205 I've ever watched. Their QB trusted them to go compete and make plays on the ball - backshoulder, high point, adjustments, 50/50s, etc... Impressive

Parker made my final top-10 small school prospects list. He recorded career highs in catches (81) and receiving yards (1,224) with 9 TDs last season. An intriguing late-round option.
