Richie Grant, S, Central Florida
Post Combine
Best thing about Grant are his feet and transition mechanics from a technical perspective. He has the feet and hips of a corner. Never any wasted motion. Ever.

Richie Grant /UCF having another terrific day. Very explosive. Good range and a terrific closing burst.

Must remind everyone @UCF_Football DB Richie Grant is a safety by trade, not a corner. Numerous reps like this one where @rgrant1525 blankets WR during Senior Bowl week. Probably the best finisher in this year’s game. There’s a reason why he’s a hot guy in the league right now.🔥 pic.twitter.com/j2iGGRxOcJ

Richie Grant is an outstanding tackler... Comes to balance, head up, sink hips, arms wrap, drive legs

You can violently tackle anddddd be technically sound!! @rgrant1525 pic.twitter.com/Jf7SKUlqcA
#DraftNotes Richie Grant (UCF Safety 27) ran track and field in high school. Highest number I came across in the 100m was 11.61 seconds. Meanwhile, his highest number in the high jump was 6'2" -- both of these were considered personal records from what I've gathered.

Richie Grant (UFC SAF 27) gets square on the RB and slows him up before the forced fumble. Wish Grant would have kept his feet going through contact here but I like the effort. pic.twitter.com/GQz8PrWHum

American team prospects having solid practice so far:

S Richie Grant
WR Amari Rodgers
RB Kylin Hill
WR Marquez Stevenson
T Alex Leatherwood
Some safety prospects are just natural at popping out of the breaks and displaying clean hands. Richie Grant is one of them. pic.twitter.com/lWENulUgcB
