SUPER BOWL ODDS
— RJ Bell (@RJinVegas) January 2, 2018
Patriots 2/1
Vikings 4/1
Steelers 6/1
Saints 10/1
Rams 12/1
Eagles 15/1
Chiefs 20/1
Falcons 23/1
Jaguars 28/1
Panthers 30/1
Titans 125/1
Bills 165/1
Ten v KC - KC will win this game handidly. Arrowhead Stadium gets LOUD for the boys in red, and Kareem Hunt will run all over Titans poor run D.
Buf v Jac - Simply put, Buffalo is not good and had no business being in the playoffs. For the Jags first potential playoff win in a long time, the stadium will be rockin'.
ATL v LAR - I'm pounding the table for LAR -6.5 this week. Atlanta fell backwards into the playoffs, and could be without star runningback Devonta Freeman. Look for Rams to win this handidly in their playoff return to LA.
Car v NO - The Panthers have gotten hot at the right time this year, but fall victim to the scheduling monster as they face the best team in the NFC.
KC v NE - New England is sure to remember their embarassing week 1 defeat to the KC Chiefs. Bellichick and Co. likely didn't show that Chiefs team everything they had in expectance that they would meet in the playoffs. I don't see how Alex Smith can move the ball on this suddenly shutdown Pats D.
Pit v Jac - Jacksonville is a team built for the playoffs - run the ball and play defense. Pittsburgh's offense has been lights out recently, but I don't see AB returning to form and even if he does I don't think the AFC has seen a defense like this Jags D.
LAR v Phi - I would pound the table for this game if Wentz was healthy, but alas it looks like this should be an easy win for the Rams.
NO v Min - In the divisional round of the playoffs being played inside of a roofed stadium, I'll take a first ballot HoFer over a bridge QB 8 days a week.
NO v LAR - I'll be rooting for the Rams, but expecting a win for the Saints. The Saints running game will prove to be too much for a struggling Rams D.
Jac v NE - I'm sure Jacksonville and it's fans will be quite happy just to be here, but I don't see any scenario where Blake Bortles beats out Tom Brady in the Conference Championship round.
NO v NE - The trick to winning playoff games is run the ball and play defense. Both teams have those in spades. So where does the advantage come in? Brady is a better pure passer, but Brees has better weapons. In the end, I expect a close finish as the Patriots squeak out another Super Bowl victory.
